We base our shipping prices on location and order value. We are a wholesale supplier therefore have a minimum order.

- Priority Orders must be paid for by DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. All orders paid for by cheque or bank transfer will have to wait a minimum of 4 working days for the payment to clear before the goods are dispatched
- We process all priority orders at 11am each day (Mon - Fri). We aim to ship all priority order placed before 11am that day, if your order is placed after 11am it will be processed on the next working day. Our priority service is not a guaranteed next day service, we will send it on the quickest service possible, which 99% of the time is next day, but once it leaves us it is in the hands of our couriers and some locations are a 2 day service.
- Orders sent on a pallet may take longer than our 4 - 5 working day estimate depending on your location.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- You can add a note to the order is you would like the parcel left in a safe place however we cannot guarantee our couriers will do this. We will always add special delivery instructions to your order but it is up to the courier and individual driver to carry them out.
Although we try our hardest we're only human, and we believe the same is true of our shippers, so if you have any problems with your delivery please contact customer services.
Ireland & the Rest of the UK
- This zone covers Northern Ireland and Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands (E.g. Jersey & Guernsey), the Isle of Man and Isle of Arran.
Some locations in the UK do not fall into our mainland delivery zones with our courier. Any of the above locations or the below postcodes carry a slightly higher delivery charge.

- High value orders for bulky or fragile items such as glass, may require shipment on a pallet which will incur an additional charge. We will always contact you with a confirmed shipping quote in these circumstances.

- **All orders from Norway require an MVA or organisation number. Orders cannot be shipped without this number.
- For the following countries the shipping charge will be lower if the order is placed on one of the local websites. Click the country name to go to the relevant website. If you order to these countries for the UK Wholesale Website you will be charged the zone 2 shipping prices.
- Austria, Belgium, Finland, France (Including Corsica), Germany, Italy (Including Sicily), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino , Spain (Mainland & Balearics).
- The ROW countries are charged on a volume rate. We will contact you with a shipping quote before taking payment. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like further information on shipping costs. See below for more information on how we calcuate the shipping quote.
The cost of delivery to the USA and Rest of World is so dependent upon the exact content of the order that we need to see your order to give you an estimated shipping quote.
We send you an estimated quote and then you just have to let us know if you would like to proceed or cancel.
- Minimum order to the US is £145 which is approx $250.
- Minimum order to Australia, China & Japan is £100.
- We say approximately because the exchange rate between pounds and dollars changes daily. When you process through to checkout it will confirm the exact amount.
Freight to the US can be expensive, but here are some tips to help keep the cost down:
- Try not to order heavy garden products as these are bulky and heavy and require extra packaging when shipped over seas.
- Items that are large in size will increase the shipping cost dramatically, as we are charged by the volume, if the cubed weight is higher than it's physical weight.
If your order is high value or you have ordered bulky items then the order may need to go on a pallet and may incur a delivery surcharge. if this is the case we will contact you when the order it placed.
We currently use a variety of different couriers to send your goods either by box or by pallet. If your delivery is in the UK several of our couriers will contact you via email or text to let you know roughly when the delivery will be made. This contact is made by our courier and not by Puckator, if the delivery time is not convenient or you will not be in to accept the delivery the courier will leave you a card and will attempt delivery the following working day.
If your location is difficult to find or you have special delivery instructions please make sure this is added to your order in the notes field during checkout. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service or a timed delivery service as these are expensive and carry high surcharges. As with most couriers delivery can be any time during the working day, and some of our couriers deliver up to 8pm during busy periods such as Christmas.
The address you enter on your order is automatically printed onto the label for most orders so if you enter the incorrect postcode or miss out part of the address this could delay your delivery. Please make sure that BEFORE you checkout you check the details carefully on the confirmation page and edit any address details accordingly.
