1. The goods shall be at the buyers risk after delivery.
2. All goods remain the property of Puckator until payment is made in full.
3. For existing customers and new accounts, subject to references, an account will be opened and payment will be due 30 days from date of invoice.
4. For new business's with no credit history payment will be on a proforma basis by cash, cheque or credit card.

1. All prices are exclusive of carriage, which will be charged at our special discounted Parcelforce rate for the rest of the world. This will depend on order volume and weight.
2. The goods shall be at the buyers risk after delivery.

Returns & Replacements Procedure

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting the main store by phone or email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.

If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You may be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.

Original postage and incurred postage charges are non-refundable unless in special circumstances. There may also be a charge for returning items. Please contact customer services for full details.

Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that any requests for replacement items or credits,  (due to breakages or items omitted from your order), must be made within 2  weeks from the date of invoicing for all UK Mainland orders, 3  weeks from date of invoicing for all none UK Mainland and European orders and 4 weeks from the date of invoicing for all other countries.
