Not only have we put measures in place to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible we have also been working on a strategy to reduce disruption to orders and customer services so that you can continue to rely on us in this difficult time.
Minimum order reduced
We have reduced our minimum order to £50 ex vat. Whether you order online, on the phone or with one of our sales team, you can now top-up when you need to.
Free standard delivery
Free standard delivery is available on deliveries to the UK, Eire, Northern Ireland and Europe Zone 1 over £100 ex vat. If you order between £50 and £100 a delivery charge is applied.
Order now - receive later
Want to put an order in but not receive it now? Order online as normal, select the bank transfer payment option and add a note with a date of when you would like to receive the goods. We will then keep your order on the system and contact you for payment when you are ready to receive the goods.
We can put your order on hold
With the uncertainty of the next few months on everyone's mind, we are all looking at our expenditure and expenses.
If you have backorders with us please don't cancel them, give us a call and we will put the order on hold until you are ready to receive it. If an order is already on its way and you would rather not take it now we can take it back and hold it in our warehouse until you are ready to receive it.
Extended credit terms
If you are an account customer with us, we want to help as much as we can as we all deal with the changing financial situation. If you require goods or have a balance outstanding we can look at offering extended credit terms until the situation improves. Just get in touch with our credit control team and we can talk through the options.

We will keep you up-to-date
Our warehouse in the UK and staff around the UK and Europe are still working. We are following the governments recommended guidelines for each location and responding as quickly as we can to any changes.
We are also working closely with our courier partners to minimise delivery disruptions. They are sending us daily updates on the situation as it changes. Most couriers are still delivering to all locations around Europe, even with the lockdowns in place. There are only a few postcodes in Italy they cannot deliver to and they are also putting measures in place to keep customers safe and to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. DPD drivers are now signing for goods so that the customer does not have to touch the drivers handheld.

When we come out of this, things will have changed and it will take time to recover, but whatever happens, Puckator will support our customers and staff for as long as it takes.
