At Puckator, we work with many customers who sell through Amazon using Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA). This page explains how Amazon fulfilment works with Puckator, including ordering, packaging, labelling, and delivery to Amazon fulfilment centres.
Getting Started with Amazon FBA
What is Amazon Fulfilment (FBA)?
Amazon Fulfilment, also known as FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon), is a service that allows sellers to store products in Amazon warehouses while Amazon handles storage, shipping, customer service, and returns.
Using Amazon FBA gives sellers access to Amazon Prime delivery and allows products to be shipped directly by Amazon.
Does Puckator sell directly on Amazon?
No. We do not sell directly on Amazon, however many of our wholesale customers sell Puckator products through Amazon marketplaces.
Products sold by Puckator include EAN barcodes which can be used when creating Amazon listings.
Can I sell Puckator products on Amazon?
Yes. Many of our customers sell Puckator products through Amazon UK and European marketplaces.
Popular product categories include gifts, stationery, homeware, travel accessories, seasonal products, licensed products, and impulse-buy items.

Amazon FBA Orders & Delivery
How do I place an Amazon FBA order?
- Place and pay for your order through our wholesale website.
- Enter the Amazon warehouse as the delivery address if known.
- Add a note during checkout to let us know the order is for Amazon fulfilment.
- Our customer service team will contact you regarding packaging and labelling requirements.
- Once packed, we will provide the carton dimensions and weights so you can complete the shipment in Amazon Seller Central.
- Send us the Amazon carton labels and we will apply them before dispatch.
Can you deliver directly to Amazon fulfilment centres?
Yes. We can dispatch to Amazon fulfilment centres across the UK and Europe.
Most Amazon orders are sent using UPS or DPD depending on the order size and destination.
Can you deliver to multiple Amazon warehouses?
Yes. Amazon may split shipments between multiple fulfilment centres and we can dispatch accordingly.
Please note that each additional delivery location carries an administration charge of £3.95 + VAT.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard dispatch time is usually 3 - 5 working days from placing the order to delivery to Amazon.
Amazon Packaging & Labelling
Do you provide Amazon carton labelling?
Yes. Once your order has been packed, we will provide the carton weights and dimensions required to complete the Amazon shipment process.
Once you send us the Amazon carton labels as a PDF, we will print and apply them before dispatch.
Do you offer product labelling?
Yes. We can print and apply Amazon barcode labels directly to products where required.
The minimum charge for product labelling is 10% of the product price plus VAT.
Do you offer additional packaging for fragile items?
Yes. Additional packaging can be added for fragile products such as mugs and ceramics.
Additional packaging charges start from 10% of the item cost plus VAT.
Can products be repacked into sets or bundles?
Yes. We can repack selected products into sets or bundles suitable for Amazon listings.
As repacking requirements vary depending on the products involved, additional charges are quoted on an order-by-order basis.
Do Amazon orders ever carry additional charges?
In some cases additional charges may apply, for example:
- Orders requiring additional packaging
- Product labelling
- Repacking into sets or bundles
- Orders split across multiple delivery locations
- Large box shipments where Amazon requests cartons instead of pallets
Our customer service team will contact you before processing the order if additional charges apply.
Amazon Product Restrictions & Returns
Are there any Amazon product restrictions?
Amazon and eBay currently restrict certain bamboo and melamine food-contact products from being sold through their marketplaces.
If you purchase these products for Amazon fulfilment, this is done at your own risk.
Do you accept returns for Amazon orders?
No. We do not offer sale-or-return on wholesale orders.
If you have over-ordered, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible alternative solutions.
