Key Delivery and Shipping Information
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Priority orders are processed every week day at 11am . For our same day dispatch service orders must be placed before 11am and paid for at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 11am or on a weekend will be processed and sent the next working day.
Saturday delivery available to selected delivery locations. Orders need to be placed before 11am the Friday before the goods are required.
If you have any special requirements for delivery please add a note to your order during checkout in the special delivery box.
For rest of world locations full commercial and customs paperwork is provided with each shipment but some local taxes or charges may be applicable depending on delivery locations.
Any tracking or delivery updates sent after the goods have been dispatched come directly from the courier delivering the goods. Within these communications there will be details on how to change or amend your delivery, but if you cannot find a way to amend something directly with the delivery courier then please contact our customer service team and we can get in contact with them on your behalf. Although we try our hardest we are only human and we believe the same is true of our shippers, so if you have any problems with your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.
