Delivery Timescales and Special Service Information

Priority Same Day Dispatch
Our priority service gives you the option for same-day dispatch if your order is placed before 11 am. We offer this service Monday to Friday and once the goods are dispatched they will then be delivered within the standard timescales listed below. For most of the UK that means you will get your order the next working day. Any orders placed after 11 am will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
By 10.30 am and By 12 pm
Another service we offer with our courier partner DPD is by 10.30 am or by 12 pm delivery, which means you will get your order by these times on the day of delivery. As with our other priority services orders need to be placed by 11 am for same-day dispatch and they are only available to selected locations. In the table below only UK postcodes marked with (All) offer this option.
Saturday & Sunday Delivery
Working with DPD means we can offer our customers an added Saturday and Sunday service. To some locations, we can also offer a by 10.30 am and by 12 pm Saturday Service. All you have to do is place your order before 11 am on Friday before you need the goods and select our Saturday or Sunday service option during checkout.
Standard Saturday and Sunday delivery are only available to UK postcodes shown in the table below with either an (All) or (Sat/Sun) next to the working days.
The By 10.30 am and By 12 pm Saturday service is only available to UK postcodes shown in the table below with (All) next to the working days.
Pallet deliveries are not available with our Saturday service.
UK Postcodes
Below you will find the standard box delivery timescale in working days (excludes Saturdays and Sundays for standard services) with DPD to UK postcode locations. In some areas of the UK DPD will deliver within its standard service on a Saturday and Sunday however we cannot guarantee this.
Please note the delivery timescale is the number of days the delivery will take from dispatch, it is not the timescale from placing your order. DPD pride themselves on their high delivery standards and 99% of the time will deliver within the delivery days listed below but there are times due to busy periods or adverse weather when it can take longer. DPD will keep you informed via SMS and email throughout the delivery journey so you know where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.
Pallet deliveries take 2 - 4 days to deliver within the UK depending on location.
- Postcodes marked with (All) after the days offer all our delivery options including By 10.30, By 12, Saturday By 10.30, Saturday By 12, Saturday and Sunday.
- Postcodes marked with (Sat/Sun) after the days only offer the standard Saturday and Sunday service and do not have any of the 'by a time options'.

The delivery timescales shown below are our box couriers standard delivery estimates from dispatch. Deliveries may take longer or experience slight delays if delivering to a remote location or if it is a busy time of year such as Christmas or Easter.
