UK & Polish Distribution Centre Update

The EDC is now fully operational, and we have now switched all our European language sites over to the EDC stock feed.  The UK stock level is not affected and still shows the stock available from our UK website.  However, if you are based in the European Union and have previously ordered on the UK website there are a few changes.

Below you will find frequently asked questions about the EU and the UK distribution centres and what it means when you place an order from

Where is the UK and European Distribution Centre?

Our UK warehouse is based in Cornwall, our European distribution centre is based in Wroclaw in Poland.

Which sites are fulfilled from the EDC?

The following sites are now fulfilled from the EDC and show the stock levels in our Polish warehouse.

Is the UK site fulfilled by the EDC?

No, orders from the UK site are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse in Cornwall and show the stock available in the UK.

Can I still order for delivery in the EU from the UK website?

Yes, but the shipping prices are now higher and delivery times are still longer than if you ordered from one of our EU sites.  This is because goods delivered to the EU from the UK are sent via UPS Worldease and can take up to 21 days.

Delivery times to the UK, EC and the Rest of World from the UK are not affected.

If I want to order to the EU from one of your European language sites do I have to register on that site again?

No, the login that you use on the UK website will work on any of our sister sites.  All your details are accessible once logged in, but your basket is unique to the site you are ordering on at the time.

I'm based in the EU and want to order in English, how can I do this?

We are currently working on a new English language site that will allow you to order from the EDC in Poland.  This site will be launched in the New Year, but in the meantime, there is a quick and easy way to use our Dutch site to order in English.

Login to our Dutch website using the same login details that you use on the UK website using the browser Chrome.  Chrome has a built-in translation tool (top right of your browser) to translate any language website into English.  Translate the site to English and then you can order in the same way you do on the UK website, and your order will be fulfilled by the EDC.

I'm based in Eire, how can I order?

As above, visit our Dutch website and translate the site to English.  When you come to checkout we have an exclusive voucher code just for customers ordering for delivery to Ireland until the new EU website is launched.  

When you order on the Dutch site to Ireland enter the code EIRE2021 and get 10% off your order.

Do the changes affect delivery to the UK, EC countries or the Rest of the World locations?

No, if you are ordering for delivery to the UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Gibraltar or anywhere else outside the European Union, your orders will no be affected by the changes and will continue to be fulfilled from our UK warehouse.

What are your minimum order values?

Our minimum order value for orders to the UK and the Rest of the World excluding the EU is £75 ex vat.  The minimum order to EU countries is €150 ex vat.
